Briana Succop spent more than two decades doing something most people only dream about — and doing it exceptionally well. As a capital raiser in the real estate private equity industry, she built a 20+ year career navigating high-stakes relationships, complex deals, and rooms where women were often the exception, not the rule.

She knows what it means to be competent and overlooked in the same breath. To earn a seat at the table — and still feel like the invisible labor of your life goes unaccounted for.

That experience didn't just shape her career. It sparked a mission. Briana is the founder of Cookie Family Management, a technology platform built to make the invisible work of running a family visible, shareable, and fairly distributed. Because the mental load is real — and it deserves a real solution.

Together Seen is the natural extension of that mission. Every episode is a chance to pull another woman's story out of the shadows — to honor the complexity of being a woman who leads, loves, and refuses to choose between the two.

Briana hosts Together Seen from Nashville, where she is also a nonprofit board member and, most importantly, a mother of three daughters — the future women she's most determined to make the world better for.
